Hello NottLUG members and potential members!
Welcome to the new Nottingham Linux User Group blog. This is supposed to replace the previous unmaintained mess of a website (it still claims we meet on a Thursday - I wonder how many people have turned up and sat there alone?)
Here I hope to post Martin's email summaries and details of mettings & socials, special topics for discussion etc.
This is for people who aren't necessarily willing or able to read the mailing list.
If you're a new member, welcome to the site and please get involved with the LUG.
If you're an existing member who wants to keep up to date, just stick this blog in your RSS reader and you can get all the updates, but without all the arguments and discussions of the full mailing list!

I'll keep you posted,
Regards,
Rory

We meet on the first Wednesday of every month at the Navigation Inn, by the canal near the castle. Just turn up at 7.30 pm, and look for netbooks and Tux dolls!
